Why use ceramic bearings
In motor applications, the presence of common mode voltage can lead to the generation of shaft current(Figure1). And this current will pass through the bearings at both ends of the motor(Figure2), causing discharge inside the bearings and ultimately forming electrical corrosion marks on the race(Figure3)
So, we have developed ceramic bearings that have good insulation performance and can effectively prevent the passage of current

Performance Experiment of Ceramic Bearings
We have conducted multiple tests on ceramic bearings to ensure they have a excellent performance
Through electrical corrosion experiments, we can see that ceramic bearings are less prone to electrical corrosion compared to ordinary bearings(refer to graph1)
Through the static bearing maximum load experiment, we can see that ceramic bearings have better impact resistance than general bearings(refer to graph2)

Through the noise lifestime experiment, we can seen that after long time operation, the noise level of ceramic bearings is better than general bearings (refer to graph3)

According to the fretting experiment, we can see that ceramic bearings have better preformence than general bearings in fretting(refer to graph4)
